About Us

Stuart has always had a keen interest in construction and design.  At the completion of his apprenticeship in 1979 Stuart operated a design and drafting business, whilst also working as a sub-contract carpenter and later a general builder.

The passion for building design continued and Stuart J. Patrick & Associates Pty Ltd, Building Design was established in 1986.

Karalyn is a qualified building designer and partner within Stuart J. Patrick & Associates Pty Ltd.  She specialises in 3d design sketches using  Revit building design software. 

Today we offer personalised, friendly service to our clients and utilise the latest CAD computer software to design and document all types of building projects.   

Our team consists of Stuart Patrick, Karalyn Patrick and Meg Coghlan.  

All members of Stuart J. Patrick & Associates Pty Ltd are qualified building designers.
